Our Owner
Kim Gaskin is the Founder, Manager and Owner of KG Designs and Development. She has always had a creative eye and passion for design. She is detailed oriented and passionate about offering quality designs and services as she guides clients through the process of understanding what works best for their lifestyle or business. Her versatile background in the design industry allows her to provide unique offerings to clients.
Kim has over 10 years of experience in the architecture field in Trinidad and Tobago. This experience has expanded her knowledge and understanding of project management from inception to completion. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management and Construction (First Class Honors) from the University
of Greenwich as well as a certificate in Interior Design from Via Design Limited. Her practical and academic success allow her to conceptualize and execute any building design, interior design, and construction works.
